With over two decades of experience, Amy is an occupational therapy specialist committed to providing care for individuals with chronic complex diseases. She focuses on conditions such as:
Post-Exertional Malaise (PEM) diseases including Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Long COVID
Comorbid conditions such as dysautonomia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and Fibromyalgia
Amy's diverse background encompasses working in schools, home health, and clinics, as well as personal experience as a caregiver to loved ones with chronic conditions. This blend of professional expertise and personal insight shapes her compassionate and comprehensive approach to care.

Amy is also a certified Perrin Technique practitioner, offering customized care plans for both in-person and telehealth sessions. The Perrin Technique aims to address the underlying causes of exertion intolerance related conditions, striving to:

Meet Amy
Amy has been involved in numerous ME/CFS and Long COVID educational programs and advocacy campaigns for medical professionals, patients, and caregivers. As a primary caregiver, Amy understands first-hand the challenges individuals and their family experience as they manage “living” with a misunderstood chronic illness.
Amy has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Rush University Chicago, and is a returned Peace Corp volunteer.
